Stevenson House - Pukapuka

Land use consent was obtained to construct a second household unit and associated earthworks in excess of 200m3 at a property at 641 Pukapuka Road, Pukapuka for Bob and Mary Stevenson.  CPPC Planning obtained the relevant resource consents from the then Rodney District Council.
 
This second dwelling to be utilized for the current owners, so that their family can occupy their existing dwelling.  The current owners will continue to run the farm, which is located both on the subject site and the neighbouring property.
 
The proposal involves the construction of a single level dwelling with a floor area of 256.40m2.  The dwelling will contain two bedrooms with ensuites, office, lounge, dining and kitchen areas as well as a laundry.  The dwelling will have an attached garage with a floor area of 64.80m2.  Further there is to be a lap pool located off the courtyard at the southern side of the dwelling.
